How long have you been working with CDS Recruitment?

“I have been working with CDS since 2010 (I think!!), soon after the business was formed. I have used CDS across 3 businesses in that time, and have gotten to know the consultants well.”

“In the time I have worked with CDS, they have fulfilled roles for me in FMCG (food) manufacturing, Automotive and currently heavy engineering (steel).

“They have worked on everything from skilled machinist, maintenance fitters and production operators, to administration, production support staff, operations and management level roles.

“There is not really any type of role that I would not give CDS, as they have a wide network of candidates and contacts in a diverse range of sectors, and can usually source suitable candidates for for interview.”
