Established in 2009 by Chris Sultman, CDS Recruitment offers executive search, contingent permanent and contract recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing and training services.

Over the past decade we have enjoyed great success, with year on year organic growth, and doubling the size of our turnover and team within the last 5 years. We have also developed an impressive client base, which includes SMEs, national corporate and international blue-chip organisations and grown our team to nine industry experts who have been carefully selected due to their expertise and knowledge in the specialist areas we operate in.

In line with our milestone year, we recently opened a second office in Hertfordshire to help further strengthen our position within key sectors including manufacturing, engineering, chemical, oil and gas and renewable. In addition, we are in the process of recruiting for our training division to further strengthen our team. We are also developing an inhouse training and apprenticeship scheme with the aim of training and nurturing the next generation of recruitment consultants in line with our strategic growth plans for the future.

CDS Recruitment has developed an excellent reputation for providing high-calibre candidates that meet our clients’ business needs and company culture. As a result of this, we have increased our number of national agreements with blue-chip organisations and SME clients to act as its sole recruitment partner and are now actively recruiting in Europe.

I had more than 10 years’ experience in specialist technical recruitment at the time of launching CDS Recruitment and my vision was to establish a business which gives its clients the confidence to know they have the right company selecting the right candidates to fit the needs of their business.
